Services
A. Preliminary Development Feasibility Study
A pre-development feasibility study empowers stakeholders to make well-informed decisions, enhancing the project's potential for success. It serves as a crucial planning tool, guiding how to proceed, refine the project plan, or reconsider based on risk assessment. By minimizing uncertainties, the study maximizes the project's chances of achieving its goals and delivering benefits.
B. Comprehensive Development Feasibility Study
A comprehensive development feasibility study offers a holistic perspective on the project's viability, covering technical, financial, legal, environmental, and social dimensions. Its insights and recommendations empower stakeholders to make well-informed decisions, effectively mitigate risks, and enhance the project's likelihood of success. This in-depth analysis is essential for securing funding, obtaining approvals, and ensuring smooth and efficient project execution and completion.
A. Getting to know you
We pride ourselves on the painstaking time and effort we invest in understanding your requirements, assessing the terrain and evaluating the environment. We are committed to creating spaces that reflect your personality and reveal your style. While our designs cover the essentials of requirement and aesthetics, we go one step further to also ensure their longevity. Our insights probe the circumstantial and factor in the intangible elements of time and change.
B. Before we construct we deconstruct
We take apart every project and strip it to its shell. We leave everything we have learned outside the door and then we begin to learn some more. We re-invent ourselves and re-define our designs - every time. And that's why, every design is a unique masterpiece with no precedent. Singular and focused in its statement about you.
C. Design - A Creative Journey
Architecture transforms ideas into buildings. It starts with understanding client needs, creating design concepts, refining details, and finally, producing construction plans. This journey ensures every aspect of the project aligns with the client's vision, resulting in a beautifully realized space.
D. And then we begin all over again
Once our designs are complete and the project is all set for construction, we pause for a while. We turn around and re-trace our steps. Using the concept of Reverse Engineering, we work our arduous way backwards. And at every step, we analyse and evaluate our work. This objective re-look at the various elements that have been incorporated into the design helps us to trim the excesses, optimize utility and lend finesse and finish wherever required. Only then, do we believe the design to be complete and ready for execution.
A. Ensuring Quality
Quality is crucial in project management. At the start, project managers set clear quality standards and ensure they are met throughout. This includes regular inspections, quality control, and promptly addressing any issues. By maintaining high quality and standards, we ensure the best results for our clients.
B. Time Management
Effective time management is essential for the successful completion of a project. It involves planning and prioritizing tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and regularly monitoring progress. By allocating sufficient time for each task and foreseeing potential delays, we ensure the delivery of projects on time, every time.
C. Cost Efficiency
Cost management is crucial for optimizing financial resources effectively. It encompasses accurate budget planning, diligent expense tracking, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. We enforce efficient cost management not only to ensure the project completion but also to support the project's long-term upkeep and sustainability.
A. Establishing Expectations with the Contractor
Before construction begins, we'll set clear expectations with you and your contractor through a pre-construction kickoff meeting. This meeting covers payments, schedules, and communication channels, ensuring everyone is aligned for a smooth and efficient process. By starting on the same page, we pave the way for a successful project from day one.
B. Perform Quality Control
During construction, quality control is our top priority. We conduct regular site visits to evaluate the work and ensure the contractor meets the design intent. If any issues arise, our project architect will address them promptly, providing you with the best options to maintain high standards and project integrity.
C. Review Payments
Throughout construction, we'll carefully review budgets and payment requests. Our project architect will conduct regular site visits to assess completed work, ensuring that payments to the contractor are accurate and reflective of the project's progress. This meticulous approach helps maintain financial control and project transparency.
